Hello, I`m Arif, foreigner from Indonesia, i have bought product from Kukje Midi at July 10th 2018, item is Ifi Micro DSD Black Label via Gmarket, at November 23rd 2018, it had encounter a problem, suddenly the sound become so small and distorted, i have tried headphone out and speaker out, have the same result. Can it still be replaced, or serviced? Since this is the first time it happened, i`m so lost. Please help since i can`t drive my headphone without it.
